Canoe and Kayak

The area has about 500 lakes which offer many excellent opportunities for canoeing or kayaking. Within 20 km of Jobsbo Vandrarhem you will find several choices!

From Smedjebackens harbour you can paddle on lake Norra Barken with its beautiful islands and inlets.

Malingsbo-Kloten Nature reserve is also a paddling paradise and provides excellent facilities for actively enjoying the unspoilt nature. The lakes are long and in some places very narrow. Along the canoe routes there are a variety of shelters with fireplaces. There are also opportunities for guided tours.

Even on the Little and Large Ulvsjön you will find beautiful canoe routes.
